Errors in pricing are subject to reservation. The Seller reserves the right to change prices without prior notice. In the event of a price error, the buyer will be contacted by email with the correct price – the buyer can then cancel the purchase.
Payment Payment is made net cash via invoice and bank transfer. Payment by bank transfer means that the buyer must transfer the total amount of the order from their own bank account to the Seller’s bank account.
Reservations Reservations are made for price errors as well as sold-out and discontinued items.

The SSL certificate ensures that all data sent to and from the webshop is encrypted. Cookies Cookies are used on https://shop.daninject.com/. Delivery If the delivery address is different from the billing address, the buyer can provide this when ordering. Without prior instruction, the Seller will select the means and route of transport at their discretion. All shipments are insured by the Seller. Shipping Costs Shipping charges are calculated individually for each shipment. Delivery Time The delivery time is normally between 2–4 weeks. If the Seller becomes aware of significant delays, they will notify the buyer as soon as possible. However, the Seller cannot be held responsible for delays caused by suppliers, carriers, holidays, strikes, weather conditions, or accidents. If the item is out of stock or on backorder, the Seller will contact the buyer and inform them when the order can be dispatched. The buyer then has the option to cancel the order. Product Liability Information about technical data and specifications on https://shop.daninject.com/ is for guidance only. It is the buyer’s responsibility to assess the suitability and applicability of the items for their purposes. The Seller’s liability for damage to the buyer, their relatives, property, third parties, or third-party property, etc. is limited to circumstances caused by gross negligence on the part of the Seller as well as liability stipulated in general, mandatory compensation rules. Indirect losses and consequential damages are not covered by the Seller. In the event of damage to a third party, the buyer must immediately notify the Seller and assist in clarifying the matter. Returns Business customers may only return goods in case of defects and by prior agreement. Goods should be returned to: DANiNJECT ApS Olgas Allé 4 DK-6000 Kolding The buyer covers the direct costs of returning the goods. DANiNJECT ApS does not accept COD shipments. The buyer must provide a receipt for shipment as documentation in cases where the Seller is to reimburse shipping costs. When returning an item, the buyer should enclose a copy of the order confirmation or invoice, a detailed description of the problem, and any relevant email correspondence. Refunds In the case of agreed discounts, returned items, or prepaid items canceled before dispatch, a full or partial refund of the purchase amount will be made. Refunds are normally made by bank transfer.
